Dave.

Dave is a celebrated English rapper, singer, songwriter, and pianist. Renowned for his socially conscious lyricism, intricate wordplay, and virtuosic piano-driven storytelling, he has become one of the most defining and important voices in modern UK hip-hop.

The Boy Who Played the Harp.

For Dave’s The Boy Who Played the Harp global tour, we worked with Luke Halls Studio as part of their animation team, to create the video content for the stage screens.

The production reached a powerful moment during Dave’s sold-out run at London’s O2 Arena, where the artist celebrated ten years of his musical journey in front of a hometown audience. Video interludes and screen content reflected on that journey.

The stage, built around a large central platform, kept Dave close to the crowd. The tracking LED screens floated across the stage, introducing appearances from collaborators including Stormzy, Tems, Central Cee and Jim Legxacy, bringing energy to the tracks. We were able experiment with how the visuals layered across the LED vanish screens which changed positions throughout the show, allowing for a unique creative for each track in the set.
